The CIC Business Incubator provides our diverse community of entrepreneurs and businesses with the confidence, expertise, mentorship, capital, space, and many other resources needed to succeed and grow.

The Incubator will help foster entrepreneurial and economic development in the community by providing office space, services, training, mentoring and a network of professional advisors. Our vision is to support and mentor local start-up businesses, thereby building the economic base in Northeastern Illinois. To create a dynamic and supportive business climate for startups in the Northeastern Illinois area. To retain local talent and harness the talent pool within the local community. To provide a unique opportunity for established and successful business leaders to coach and mentor others. And to provide a physical location for all stakeholders which acts as a hub of entrepreneurial activity and encourages communication and participation from business leaders in the community.

We look foreword to mentoring small businesses in any stage of growth.
